Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Yapp, operated by Triangle Connection LLC ("Yapp," "we," or "us"). By using Yapp, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Using Yapp
You must be at least 18 and have authority to use any business accounts or data you connect. Keep your account secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity you authorize.
What Yapp does
Yapp helps you identify opportunities for calls to action, suggests comment wording and landing pages, and reports on social and website performance. You decide what to publish. Yapp does not publish social posts or comments for you.
AI suggestions and attribution reports can be incomplete or incorrect. Review suggestions before using them. Results depend on your content, audience, website, tracking setup, and connected services; we do not promise any number of views, signups, or sales.
Your content and connected accounts
You retain ownership of content you provide. You give us permission to process it only as needed to provide the features you use, as explained in our Privacy Policy. You must have the rights and permissions needed for content and data you provide.
You choose which third-party accounts to connect and authorize their access. Those services have their own terms and may change or stop providing access. Google Analytics access is read-only. You may disconnect integrations in Yapp Settings.
Acceptable use
Do not use Yapp for unlawful activity, unsolicited spam, infringement, deception, or harassment. Do not bypass access controls, access another person's workspace without permission, or deliberately overload the service or connected APIs.
Beta access and fees
Yapp is in beta. Features may change, be unavailable, or contain errors. Any trial duration, access limit, or price offered to you will be disclosed in the product or invitation. These terms do not authorize a charge. Any paid subscription requires a separate checkout showing its price and billing terms.
Privacy and support
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data. For support, privacy requests, or account deletion, email cory@coryalthoff.com from your account email. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Ending access
You may stop using Yapp at any time. We may suspend access when necessary to address misuse, security threats, or legal requirements, or if the beta ends. Where practical, we will notify you and explain how to request your data. Ending access does not remove rights or obligations that should reasonably continue.
Availability and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Yapp is provided as available, without guarantees of uninterrupted service or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We will give notice of material changes before they take effect. If you do not accept revised terms, stop using Yapp. Changes to how we use Google data beyond your existing authorization require the notice and consent described in our Privacy Policy.
